I am passionate about giving everyone the space and support to navigate life’s hardest chapters on their own terms. I specialize in helping clients work through burnout, workplace dynamics, personal relationships, minority stress, loss, and grief. My goal is to collaborate with you to find a path that fits your life and is kind to your well-being.
My journey to therapy included a previous career in corporate environments, and volunteer crisis line work supporting sexual assault survivors. I am a Chinese Canadian born in Toronto and grew up in Hong Kong. Outside of the clinic, I am a millennial mom that enjoys nature. I understand the shock of change, the intense exhaustion of parenthood, and the parental anxiety. I have navigated grief and loss in my own ways, along with the guilt and shame that sometimes accompanies it.
