Human behaviour is complex, but learning how our thoughts, environments, and habits shape what we do can unlock powerful opportunities for growth. With a Master’s in Applied Behaviour Analysis and a background in the philosophy and science of behaviourism, my goal is to bridge the gap between behaviour analysis, which studies why we behave the way we do, and psychotherapy, which supports people through the emotional and personal challenges of everyday life. By integrating both fields, I help clients better understand their patterns and develop practical strategies that lead to meaningful, lasting change.
I am passionate about health and wellness and about helping people create changes that genuinely improve their day to day lives. I enjoy supporting individuals and couples who want to build confidence, strengthen self esteem, improve their relationships with themselves and others, and develop healthier habits. I also like exploring how technology affects our well being - because if we’re being honest, sometimes it feels like our phones (and endless TikTok scrolling) are running our lives.
My work is guided by compassion, curiosity, and a genuine belief in people’s ability to grow. As a first generation Punjabi Canadian, I understand the unique ways culture, identity, expectations, and belonging can shape our experiences. I strive to create a space where clients feel understood, respected, and supported in exploring what change looks like for them.
My approach integrates Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), strength based therapy, mindfulness, and behavioural strategies. In simple terms, this means we work together to understand patterns in your thoughts, behaviours, and environment while building on your strengths and developing practical tools to support meaningful and lasting change.
