Who I Work Best With
I tend to work best with:
People from diverse multicultural backgrounds will benefit from my approaches.
People with a willingness to be open minded and flexible benefit from psycho education that I provide.
The conversations I find myself having again and again
Dating in 2026 can be isolating and creating a safe space to share these experiences as a BIPOC LGBTQ therapist is most empowering. I want to enrich the lives of others through healing, solutions and new frameworks of thinking/feeling. I notice trends of narcisstic abuse and I want to be able to support my clients to relieve themselves through the isolating and numbing pains they may be feeling. I want to give you coping strategies, to establish a new lifestyle to empower yourself to make the right changes needed within your life.
What gives me hope
After doing this work for over 5 years, I have seen drastic improvement and change from my clients. I have seen progress and success from clients unemployed or micromanaged or bullied from their managers to working their dream job. I’ve helped those suffering from narcissistic abuse, live peaceful lives and I’ve seen couples who almost ended their relationship become emotionally closer and are in healthy loving relationships.
What's my story
As a Vietnamese/Chinese Canadian BIPOC therapist I have been subjected to bullying, discrimination, racism and other forms of oppression which has led me to wanting to become a therapist to help those facing similar experiences. I am interested in helping those to become resilient and empowered from their current narrative and struggle. I want to help empower minority communities to excel, succeed and create happiness within their own personal lives.

Who are you when you're not working
I am a soccer playing and athlete enthusiast, and enjoy taking care of my body and mind. Physical health is mental health and I’ll encourage you to take 15 minute walks per day for your own mental health.
What's something being a therapist has taught you about people
I have learned that we all have the tendency to love and be cared for in life. We deserve to be loved and cared for by someone. Whether it’s wanting to build healthier relationships or ending toxic ones, I’ll do my best to help you navigate and give you a sense of direction.
