By opting in to receive mobile communications from Your Story Counselling Services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). These Terms outline the conditions under which you may receive SMS messages, notifications, and other mobile communications ("Messages") from us. 1. Consent
By providing your mobile phone number, you consent to receive messages from Your Story Counselling in regard to our inquiry via our contact page. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
2. Opt-In Process
To opt-in, you must:
- Provide your mobile phone number at the time of registration or through any designated opt-in method provided by Your Story Counselling Services.
- Confirm your consent by responding to the opt-in confirmation message if applicable.
3. Message Content
At no point in time will Your Story Counselling services send marketing or promotional material. Your Story Counselling will only send text messages when requested by you (If you would like to confirm an appointment, change, cancel, ask a questions) or when you indicate that you would like to be reached back out to by our admin team via text when selecting your contact method in our contacts page (you selected that you would like to be contacted via text message).
4. Opt-Out Instructions
You can opt-out at any time by:
- Replying "STOP" to any Message you receive.
- Contacting Your Story Counselling directly via phone or email to request removal from our mobile communications list.
5. Charges and Fees

We reserve the right to change these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by sending a Message to your mobile number. Your continued use of our mobile opt-in service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
