Hi, I’m glad you’re here.
Reaching out for support isn’t always easy, it can feel a little scary, but the fact that you’re reading this shows self-awareness and a readiness to take a step forward. I’d be honored to walk alongside you as you explore your next steps.
If you’re dealing with anxiety, depression, low self-worth, stress, relationship challenges, or life transitions, you’re not alone. I work with teens, young adults, and adults to navigate these struggles, as well as addictions, disordered eating, self-esteem challenges, and feeling stuck in old patterns. Support can make a real difference and you don’t have to face it on your own.
As a Therapist Intern under the supervision of registered psychotherapists, I offer sessions on a sliding scale ($30–$75) to make therapy accessible.
My style is warm, collaborative, and down-to-earth. I don’t believe in “fixing” you, you’re not broken. Together, we’ll uncover what’s getting in the way and help you reconnect with your strengths and inner wisdom. I draw from approaches like Emotion-Focused Therapy, Cognitive Therapy, Adlerian Theory, and strength-based work, but everything is tailored to what feels right for you.
I also bring my own life experience to our work. Having navigated challenges while utilizing therapy myself, I understand how many life experiences shape self-esteem, relationships, and sense of belonging. As someone who has been a client myself, I understand the importance of being heard and having a safe space to talk.
Outside of therapy, I find grounding in nature, music (singing & playing the guitar), eating good food, snowboarding, animals, and prioritizing a healthy balance.
If this resonates, I’d love to invite you to a free 15–20 minute consultation to see if we're a good fit.
