If you’re here, something in your life has started to feel too heavy to carry alone. Maybe you’re new to therapy. Maybe you’ve tried before and are hoping this time feels different. Either way, reaching out is a big deal, and I’m so proud of you for taking this step.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and focused on meeting you exactly where you’re at. Together, we’ll gently explore what’s been going on, make sense of your feelings, and notice the strengths you already have, even if they feel hard to see right now. I have a special interest in working with anxiety, depression, self-esteem, trauma, and supporting youth and adolescents as they navigate life’s challenges.
I’m completing my Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology at Yorkville University, building on my undergraduate training in Child and Youth Care and Autism & Behavioural Science. Outside of my clinical work, I’ve been a dance teacher for over a decade. Being in the studio with kids and teens has shown me how powerful it is to feel encouraged, understood, and accepted exactly as you are. I bring that same energy into therapy – a space where you can show up as your full self, feel genuinely seen, and explore your capacity for healing and growth at your own pace. I believe therapy works best when you feel supported rather than pressured, and we’ll move at a pace that feels safe for you.
If you’re curious about working together, I’d love to connect for a free consultation.
