Linda would like to support clients who come from a variety of backgrounds and who are facing difficulties in their lives and want to speak about their stressors, depression or anxiety. Linda wants to help you reach your goals effectively through a warm, empathic interaction. If you are looking for a caring and supportive therapist, she would be happy to support you. Her main goal is to work with clients from diverse cultural backgrounds and to support all people by being friendly and non-judgemental. Throughout her career she has always worked with people and loves talking to others. She is friendly, easy to talk to and listens to your matters.
Linda specializes in working with people of all ages/gender/race/sexualities and can offer you counselling at your convenience throughout the day. She offers virtual therapy sessions so this makes it manageable for you and can share my resources with you by email or right in the session. She takes her time to discuss what you need and tries to help you to understand what works and what does not work.
Linda has always enjoyed helping others and has experience working with diverse populations across Toronto. She can build rapport with others easily and enjoys supporting people with helpful and useful strategies. She has experience working with numerous clients and is trained in Couples Therapy, certified with the Gottman Method, Narrative therapy, CBT, DBT, SFT and Trauma Therapy. Linda also has experience with BIPOC and LGBTQ populations.
