Welcome! Facing life’s challenges can often leave us feeling uncertain, overwhelmed, or disconnected, and finding the right support can sometimes feel like a daunting task. I’m here to walk alongside you in a compassionate, supportive, and collaborative way. Together, we can explore your feelings and experiences in a space where you are always heard and understood.
My journey into therapy has been driven by a deep passion for helping others navigate life's struggles and find their path to healing. Through my experience as a psychometrist, therapy group co-facilitator for ADHD and social challenges, and a facilitator for stroke survivors with Aphasia, I’ve witnessed the transformative power of emotional support and connection. These experiences have shaped my belief that everyone deserves a space to reflect, grow, and work toward positive change in their lives.
In my work, I draw upon a range of therapeutic approaches, including Narrative Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), and Psychodynamic Therapy. These approaches align with my values of empathy, authenticity, and collaboration. I believe therapy works best when it’s a joint effort — where you feel respected, heard, and actively involved in your own healing process. I am deeply committed to creating a space that is safe, inclusive, and nonjudgmental for all individuals, regardless of background or identity.
Outside of my work as a therapist, I find joy in slowing down through yoga, taking walks, and spending quality time with family and friends. I also love cooking and baking, and I’m always excited to try new recipes! I’m grateful to have found my purpose in therapy, and I’m honored to have the opportunity to support you on your journey.
If you’re ready to take the next step, I invite you to reach out for a free 15-20 minute consultation. I look forward to connecting and learning more about how we can work together toward your goals.
