Style & Technique
I believe therapy should be grounded in a collaborative approach that is based on mutual respect, trust, and compassion for the self and others. My approach to therapy is to help clients develop an understanding and practical strategies to support their goals and manage the barriers that impede their activities of daily living. I recognize the importance of addressing each individual's overall wellbeing as an interconnection between their physical, psychological, emotional, and spiritual self, which is why I approach therapy in a holistic manner that acknowledges the unique voice and identities of each client. By offering a safe and non-judgemental space for client's to explore their innermost thoughts, my goal is to guide clients through their journey of self-discovery as they work towards reclaiming their authentic self filled with love, compassion, and empathy.
