I work hard to help and support individuals from various backgrounds and experiences with a range of mental health issues including anxiety, depression, trauma-based issues, self-esteem and confidence building. My therapeutic approach is an integrated strengths-based view with an emphasis on mindfulness and acceptance that is judgement-free and trusting. I endeavour towards forming relationships and implementing strategies of determination and perseverance.
