About Antonia

Starting your therapeutic journey by reaching out to a therapist is a brave first step towards better mental health. Rather than being a weakness, reaching out for help and support is the strongest decision you can make in your fight against the things that hold you back from living your best life.

What if there was another way to prevent your struggles from controlling your life? Would you take that life-changing leap?

As your therapist, my intention is to work with you in facing and embracing your inner self. I hope to help you find the smoothest transition to get you to where and whom you want to be.

As Hilary Clinton says “It takes a village” and you are not alone. Resolving deep issues within your mind that control your body is the aspiration we will work towards achieving. Discovering the potential of the mind can lead to so many more possibilities in life.

I work hard to help and support individuals from various backgrounds and experiences with a range of mental health issues including anxiety, depression, trauma-based issues, self-esteem and confidence building. My therapeutic approach is an integrated strengths-based view with an emphasis on mindfulness and acceptance that is judgement-free and trusting. I endeavour towards forming relationships and implementing strategies of determination and perseverance.

Feel Free to book a free 15 minute phone consultation with me to see if I can be of support!

"Whether you think you can, or think you can't - You're Right"
